Hospitality Program Coordinator/Instructor

From washing dishes to Ownership! I have pretty much done it all! Now, with over 40 years of experience in the Hospitality industry, it just doesn’t seem to get old! Hotels? Restaurants? Catering? Sales? Travel/Tourism? Parks and Rec's? Been there/done that. As I look back on my experience, I have nothing but fond memories (and lots of stories)! This beneficial experience has allowed me to gain so much overall knowledge with;

  • Etiquette/Professionalism

  • Social skills

  • Work ethic

  • Empathy

  • Tolerance

  • Sales ability

  • Superior customer service skills

  • Creativity

  • Administrative skills

  • Human Resource knowledge

  • Business sense

Whether it be Restaurants, Catering, Lodging, Travel &Tourism, Gaming, Attractions, or Cruises, I have acquired expertise with the entire spectrum of the industry!  Hospitality still remains an exciting, adventurous, and booming business. Oh, it has also always been one of the top fastest-growing industries as well! COVID had a major impact on the industry, however, the industry is now booming!

"It's not the past that defines us, it's the comeback!!!"
