Keynote: Leading Beyond the Title
Leadership is not defined by a position, a title, or a seat at the table. It is defined by how we show up for others. In this engaging keynote, students will explore what it means to lead with purpose, integrity, and accountability while serving as representatives of their organizations and university.
Through personal stories, practical leadership lessons, and moments of reflection, participants will be challenged to think beyond their roles and embrace the responsibility that comes with influence. Students will leave inspired to create meaningful change and lead in ways that positively impact their campus community.
