Club Registration From

Use this form to register both new and existing clubs. Information from the form will be reviewed and follow the vetting process. Once your club has met all requirements it will become an officially recognized HCC student club.

Club Funding Form

Recognized clubs can use this form to request club funds and get approval for club fundraisers.

Club Activity Form

Recognized clubs can use this form to request support and approval for club activities, including events, meetings, off-campus trips, tabling, and more.

Club Marketing Form

Recognized clubs can use this form to submit their marketing designs for approval and request locations for where designs should be posted.
