Mental health is something we’ve discussed before, and it’s always important to check in with ourselves and each other. Whether it’s stress from school, work, or life in general, remember that you’re not alone ASU is a space to support one another. 💬✨
We’ll also have fun games and activities to help you de-stress and recharge! 🌿

ASU will be hosting a Halloween Snack Party to celebrate spooky season!
Learn about scary monsters and legends from across Asia, and don’t forget to bring your favorite snacks or candies to share with everyone! 🍭
This special meeting will be held on Thursday, October 30th, from 3:30–4:30 PM in AC 109.
Come join us to enjoy Asian monsters and some fun Trick or Treat time with friends! 👻✨
